Summary
Production

• In the fourth quarter of 2014 production is higher compared to 2013. On an annual basis growth is 14.1%, and compared to the third quarter of 2014 - 3.7%.
• In 2014 there is a decrease of 7% on an annual basis.

Foreign Trade

• The trade turnover of Bulgaria in mineral fuels, lubricants and related products decreased in the fourth quarter of 2014. On an annual basis the decline is 9.7% and for the whole year - by 12.9%.
• In the fourth quarter of 2014, imports of mineral fuels for internal combustion engines increases - compared to the third quarter of 2014 - by 7%, on an annual basis - by 12.3%. Annual data show that compared to 2013 import is higher by 4.6%.
• In the fourth quarter of 2014 export increased. Compared to the third quarter of 2014 growth is 26%, and on an annual basis - 28%. For the entire 2014 there is a decrease. Quantities of exported fuels are 13.3% less than in 2013.

Balance

• Estimates for the fourth quarter of 2014 show that the quantities of mineral fuels provided for domestic sales are higher by 2.7%, in the whole 2014 compared to 2013 - by 5%.
