Since 2002, SFB has been receiving invitations by the German Association for Technical Cooperation (GTZ) to join projects within the frames of the inter-government programme “Stimulating Employment Economy”, implemented by the governments of Bulgaria and Germany:
• In 2006 SFB worked out the financial ground of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests for the ratification by the Council of Ministers of National Strategy for the Development of Production of Medical Plants in Bulgaria.
• In 2004-2006, SFB took part in the development of the Analytical module in the project for creation of National Strategy for the Development of Beekeeping in Bulgaria.
• In the project for the development of National Strategy for the Development of the Vine-growing and Wine-making Sector in Bulgaria, SFB took part in the development of the Analytical module. Working in close cooperation with the Bulgarian Electrical Engineering Chamber, SFB was responsible for the overall coordination in the elaboration of the National Strategy for the Development of the Electrical Engineering in Bulgaria.

SFB’s involvement in all three project was highly evaluated, both by GTZ and by the consultants in the two projects – Bevcon-Germany and GOPA-Germany.
