I. SUBJECT
Art. 1. These terms and conditions define the relations between SFB Capital Market JSC (Provider) and the user (User) for its services (Services).

II. ABOUT THE PROVIDER

III. FEATURES OF THE SERVICES
Art. 3. The Services provided by the Provider to the Users are available online through the Internet and represent preparation of company reports on enterprises (companies) in Bulgarian and English:
-inquiries for enterprises (companies);
-analyzes for the development of production, import and export for the main sectors of the Bulgarian economy;
-subscription for e-bulletin "Capital Market"
Art. 4. The Provider provides and Users use the Services in accordance with the parameters, declared on the web page of the Provider (http://sfb.bia-bg.com)

IV. TECHNICAL STEPS FOR APPLICATION AND PAYMENT OF THE SERVICES
Art. 5. (1) The technical steps to request and pay for services offered by the Provider are:
Step 1. Choose the service you wish to recieve from the navigation bad
Step 2. Once the User makes a choice, a brief description of the contents of the selected product and the "Price & Order"
Step 3. The user fills in the form on the screen after which clicks the button "Subscribe"
Step 4. The provider will recieve the subscription application, prepares and sends him a proforma invoice to the indicated e-mail for feedback.
Step 5. The user pays through bank transfer using the information in the proforma invoice.
Step 6. The provider issues an original invoice to the User and sends it scanned by e-mail.
Step 7. The provider delivers the service ordered by the User within the agreed terms.
(1) The price of the service in announced in EUR, with VAT included. Currency of payments is Bulgarian lev (BGN), the amount of the payment is calculated at the rate of BNB.
(2) All payments shall be made in advance (before implementation of the Services).
(3) In the case where the user needs an analysis of a sector or other kind of inquiry for a bulgarian organization which is not on the list of products a special form is filled. After the user recieves a proforma invoice they must pay through bank transfer or by depit or credit card.

V. DATA PROTECTION
Art. 6. Personal data of the User is confidential and shall only be used for contact purposes in connection with the User’s order. They are not provided to third parties.

VI. COPYRIGHT AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Art.7 (1) The copyright and all other intellectual property rights on the information provided through the Service, as well as the design of the website http://sfb.bia-bg.com, belong to the Provider and are under the protection of any current national and international law on intellectual property, copyright and related rights.
(2) The User is obliged to indicate as source the name of the Provider in cases of reproduction, distribution, publishing or creating derivative works based on the information received from http://sfb.bia-bg.com.

VII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Art. 8 (1) The Provider uses different (incl. official) sources of information and is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and actuality.
(2) The Provider is not responsible for losses of the User as a result of actions and investments, based on information included in the Services.
(3) The Provider does not provide investment advice, does not recommend purchase and/or sale of securities or investments.

VIII. AMENDMENT AND ACCESS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Art. 9. (1) These terms and conditions are provided to the User to become acquainted and accept them in Bulgarian and English and are available at http://sfb.bia-bg.com.
(2) The general conditions shall be deemed accepted by the User at the time of first use of the Service until no longer used.
(3) These terms and conditions may be amended by the Provider at any time, for which actions the User shall be informed on the website http://sfb.bia-bg.com and by any means appropriate.
(4) The Provider does not carry responsibility if data rendered by the User are false, incomplete or incorrect.

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS
Art. 10. (1) Outstanding hereof relations are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.
(2) All disputes between the parties will be resolved through negotiations, and in case of no agreement - by the Arbitration Court of the Bulgarian Industrial Association.
Art. 11. These terms and conditions shall come into force starting September 01, 2022.
